Warranty Information

1. Care instructions

Avoid abrasion & contact with sharp objects. Aggressive handling can damage the product irreversibly, be cautious when getting in and out of the product. Rinse your product with fresh water & mild soap after each use and let it dry in the shade. Do not machine wash or dry clean, do not use a dryer or any cleaning chemicals.

WARNING: Take notice of the functioning and operating of the product before use. If you need any help, contact info@kooklab.com . K88K Lab. is not responsible for the inherent risks & dangers involved with our products. Do not alter or disassemble this product. Comply with safety instructions.

2. Warranty

WARRANTY: K88K LAB. warrants this product to be free of major defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of the original purchase. K88K LAB. will make the final warranty decision, which may require inspection and/or photos of the equipment. FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR NEAREST RETAILER. Or contact directly to info@thekooklab.com .

3. Limitations

The warranty is valid only if product is used for normal recreation, and does not cover products used in rental or teaching operations.

If a product is deemed to be defective by K88K LAB. , the warranty covers the repairs or replacement of the defective product only. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, punctures, rigging with anything other than K88K LAB.  components, damage due to excessive sun exposure or to winds on the beach, damage caused by improper handling and storage, and damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship.
